The State Affairs Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 18 "An                  
Act making an appropriation for a grant to the Municipality of                 
Anchorage for renovation and addition to West Anchorage High                   
School; and providing for an effective date" and recommended it be             
replaced with                                                                  
                                                                               
CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 18(STA), entitled:                                     
"An Act making appropriations for grants to the                               
Municipality of Anchorage for renovations and                                  
additions to West Anchorage High School and                                    
Romig Junior High School; and providing for an                                 
effective date."
